What is Hypnotherapy?

Clinical hypnotherapy is a professionally guided therapeutic approach that uses focused relaxation and heightened awareness to access the subconscious mind. Through this state, a trained hypnotherapist helps clients address a variety of challenges, such as stress, anxiety, unexplained fears, self sabotage behaviors, and emotional blocks. Unlike stage hypnosis or entertainment, clinical hypnotherapy is evidence-based and tailored to support lasting, positive change in a safe and controlled environment. It works alongside traditional therapies to promote mental and emotional well-being.

What can you use Hypnotherapy for?

Remote Hypnotherapy

Our remote sessions are achieved in a more relaxed environment by allowing clients to access their hypnotherapy sessions from the comfort of their own home in their own space.

This can be done over the phone, via Zoom, or through other tele-video conferencing such as Facetime.
